In Portugal, workers organised in the CGTP-IN Trade Unions, have been stepping up their actions and struggle, culminating, on July 7th in a national March that converged to Lisbon.
Over the last weeks, hundreds of workers’ assemblies and rallies, plus more than 60 strikes took place over the whole country. Struggles which involved workers from both the public and private sectors, health manufacturing, retail, transport, services, food, catering, hotels, among other, thus expressing the growing demand of responses to their problems.
